Of course, but remember for hygienic and quality control reasons, only unopened and sealed product (excluding adhesives) returned with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within twenty-one (21) days of receipt will be accepted for a refund of the price you paid less a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee and shipping charges.
Should you receive adhesive that does not appear to be performing to your expectations:
- Contact our office immediately and within twenty-one (21) days of receipt for assistance.
- We will consult with you to determine what factors may be contributing to your observations.
